Returns and Shipping

Shipping:

Shipping is based on the weight of each item. We currently only ship via USPS and UPS. Items typically ship out with in 5-7 business days unless noted differently. We do not currently ship Internationally.

Small Town Society is not responsible for lost, returned, or stolen packages.

Returns:

We accept returns within 10 days of receipt for store credit in the form of a gift card only.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns.

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item, incorrect items, or if you are missing items from your order contact us at hello@shopsmalltownsociety.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order.

Any returns must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered have no makeup stains, deodorant stains, free of smoke, or animal hair. Any return must be in it's original condition.

Items purchased on sale or with a promo code are eligible for store credit only in the amount of the lowest price of the item.
