Wholesale Application

 

WHOLESALE INFO:

We require that all wholesale customers have a valid resale permit issued by their state, a completed application on file and have an active storefront or website to purchase our products.   

Minimums:

We offer a low 6 piece minimum per design, per style,per order. 

If minimum requirements aren't met at the time of checkout then your order will be delayed or possibly cancelled.  

Terms:

We do not allow our products to be sold in "buy in groups". This is to protect the integrity of our wholesale customers. If we discover you are selling our products this way, your order and account will be cancelled.

We do not allow our items to be sold on 3rd party websites such as Etsy or Amazon.

We require a  minimum retail advertising price. This is to protect the integrity of the brand. If we discover you are selling our products in any way that would violate this requirement your order will be canceled.  If you see anyone violating this requirement please don't hesitate to email us at hello@shopsmalltownsociety.com.

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it.   If you think that you've received a defective item, incorrect items, or if you are missing items from your order contact us at hello@shopsmalltownsociety.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order.  

We do not accept returns or exchanges on unsold items. Should your items arrive damaged, we will replace them depending on if the item is currently in-stock. If we cannot replace your item, then a refund will be issued.

Shipping:

We DO NOT offer Free Shipping on Wholesale Orders. Please select any other preferred shipping method. If you select "Free Shipping" it will delay your order until exact shipping is paid.
